Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and rub it around the rim of a glass. Dip the rim into salt to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and gently stir to combine.

Garnish the drink with the lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
