Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Blini

If not using pre-made blini, prepare the blini by mixing 1 cup of buckwheat flour, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, and a pinch of salt. Cook small rounds on a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Set aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Chill Crème Fraîche

Place the crème fraîche in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.

  3. 3

    Prep Garnishes

Chop the chives finely and set them aside. Cut the lemon into wedges.

Serving

  1. 4

    Plate the Caviar

On a serving platter, arrange the chilled Royal Siberian Ossetra caviar in the center.

  2. 5

    Add Accompaniments

Surround the caviar with the chilled crème fraîche, blini, chopped chives, and lemon wedges.

  3. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Before serving, sprinkle a few chives on top of the caviar for garnish. Serve immediately, allowing guests to enjoy the caviar with the accompaniments.
