Method

Preparation of Cheeses

  1. 1

    Select and Arrange Cheeses

Choose a variety of cheeses (Cheddar, Brie, Gorgonzola, Goat Cheese) and cut them into wedges or cubes. Arrange them aesthetically on a large serving platter.

Making the House-Made Jam

  1. 2

    Cook the Jam

In a saucepan, combine fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until the mixture boils. Stir frequently and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the jam thickens.

  2. 3

    Cool and Store

Remove from heat and let the jam cool at room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to a small bowl for serving.

Serving the Cheese Plate

  1. 4

    Add Accompaniments

Place a selection of crackers and nuts around the cheeses on the platter. Drizzle honey over the cheese or serve it on the side.

  2. 5

    Serve

Serve the cheese plate with the house-made raspberry jam for a delicious pairing. Enjoy!
