Chill the Glass
Place your serving glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

Measure the Bourbon
Pour 2 ounces (approximately 60 ml) of Bulleit Bourbon into a jigger or measuring cup.

Add Bitters (Optional)
If using bitters, add 2 dashes to the bourbon for added depth of flavor.

Dilute with Water (Optional)
If desired, add a tablespoon of water to the bourbon over the ice to slightly dilute and open up the flavors.

Garnish
If desired, express the oils from a slice of orange peel over the drink and drop it into the glass as a garnish.
