Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Cabbage Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss everything together until well mixed. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Chipotle Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Chipotle Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Taco Assembly

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

Heat the corn tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Tacos

On each tortilla, add a portion of the grilled fish, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with chipotle sauce. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
