Preparation

  1. 1

    Roast the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Clean the wild mushrooms and slice them if they are large. In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, or until they are tender and starting to brown.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Cream

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Dish

Once the mushrooms are roasted, remove them from the oven. In a baking dish, layer the roasted mushrooms, pour the garlic cream over them, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. 4

    Finishing Touch

Drizzle the white truffle oil over the assembled dish and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
