Make the Lobster Cream Sauce
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the lobster stock and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and red chili flakes, and let the sauce reduce for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked squid ink linguine to the sauce and toss to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
