Prepare the Rice Noodles
Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Eggs
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet. Scramble until fully cooked, then remove and set aside.

Stir-fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic, sliced carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the soaked rice noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce, sugar, and salt to taste. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the scrambled eggs and bean sprouts. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for an additional minute until everything is well combined.
