Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the bell peppers and onion into small pieces. Dice the corned beef into small cubes.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced corned beef to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is heated through and begins to crisp.

Prepare the Sriracha Horseradish Cream
In a small bowl, mix the sriracha and horseradish cream together until well combined.

Serve the corned beef hash on a plate, top with the cooked eggs, and garnish with salad greens. Drizzle the sriracha horseradish cream over the top.
