    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and chop all vegetables into small pieces for easy blending.

    Blend the Ingredients

    In a blender, combine turnips, beets, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, red and green bell peppers, jalapeño, garlic, basil, and parsley. Blend until smooth.

    Add Liquids

    Add lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, pickle juice, vegetable broth, and sugar to the blender. Blend again until well combined.

    Season the Mixture

    Add salt, black pepper, and celery salt to the mixture. Blend for another 30 seconds.

    Taste and Adjust Seasoning

    Taste the bloody mix and adjust seasoning as necessary. Add more hot sauce or vinegar if a stronger flavor is desired.

    Serve

    Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with celery sticks, basil leaves, or pickles if desired.
