Preparation

Prepare the Lemongrass
Using a sharp knife, trim the ends of the lemongrass stalks and remove the tough outer layers. Lightly bruise the stalks with the back of the knife to release the flavor.

Measure the Black Pepper
Using a measuring spoon, measure out 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Set aside.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the PASOTE, the bruised lemongrass stalks, and the measured black pepper.

Stir and Infuse
Stir the mixture gently to combine all ingredients. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
Serving

Prepare Glasses
Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes to chill them.

Strain and Serve
Strain the infused PASOTE mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with fresh lemongrass stalks and serve immediately.
