Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is nicely chilled.

Juicing Oranges
If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or by hand until you have about 2 cups of fresh orange juice.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts champagne. For a standard serving, use approximately 1/3 cup orange juice and 2/3 cup champagne.

Garnish
If desired, add a slice of orange on the rim of the glass and a few fresh mint leaves for a decorative touch.
Serving

Serve Immediate
Serve the mimosa immediately while the champagne is still bubbly. Enjoy!
