Lychee Martini Recipe

Preparation

   Prepare the Glass

   Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, lychee puree, and fresh lime juice.

   Shake

   Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain

   Remove the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.

   Garnish

   Garnish the drink with a lychee fruit on a cocktail pick and a couple of mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
