Using a juicer or a citrus squeezer, extract the juice from fresh mandarins until you have 1 cup of juice.

In a large pitcher, combine the mandarin juice, brewed chamomile tea, and mineral water. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz from the mineral water.

Fill serving glasses with ice cubes if desired. Pour the mixture into each glass.

Garnish each glass with fresh mandarin slices and a sprinkle of chamomile flowers if using.
