Prepare the Peach Puree
In a blender, puree fresh peaches until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp, if desired. Measure 1 cup of the peach puree.

Mix the Bellini
In a mixing glass, combine 1 cup of peach puree with 2 cups of chilled Prosecco. Stir gently to combine.

Serve the Bellini
Pour the mixture into champagne flutes and garnish each glass with a slice of fresh peach.

Prepare the Orange Juice
Squeeze fresh oranges to obtain 1 cup of juice. If using store-bought juice, ensure it is fresh and pulp-free.

Mix the Mimosa
In a mixing glass, combine 1 cup of fresh orange juice with 2 cups of chilled Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently to combine.
