Method
Preparation of Broccolini
- 1
Trim and Wash Broccolini
Begin by trimming the ends of the broccolini stalks to remove any tough parts. Rinse the broccolini thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.

Blanch the Broccolini
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the broccolini and cook for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green and slightly tender. Immediately transfer the broccolini to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
