Prepare the Earl Grey Infusion
Boil 1 cup of water and steep the Earl Grey tea bag in it for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the infusion cool.

Muddle the Strawberries and Peach
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh strawberries and the chopped peach. Muddle them together gently to release their juices.

Add Gin and Infusion
Pour the Hendrick's gin and the cooled Earl Grey infusion into the shaker with the muddled fruit. Add the fresh oregano leaves and the vetiver essence. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake it Up
Shake the mixture well until it is nicely chilled, about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top it off with tonic water and gently stir to combine.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of peach and a few fresh oregano leaves for a refreshing touch.
