Preparation
- 1
Muddle the Herbs
In a large cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves and fresh dill. Using a muddler, gently press the herbs to release their essential oils. Be careful not to shred them too much, as you want to keep some texture.
- 2
Add Liquids
Pour the pineapple juice, tequila, simple syrup, and lime juice into the cocktail shaker over the muddled herbs.
- 3
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.
- 4
Strain
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a large glass filled with ice, allowing the liquid to flow while leaving behind any herb fragments.
Garnishing
- 5
Prepare Garnishes
Take the pineapple wedges, mint sprigs, and lime slices and prepare them for garnishing the drinks.
- 6
Garnish the Drink
Place a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass, add a sprig of mint, and a slice of lime. This will enhance the visual appeal and aroma of the drink.
