Prepare the Rice and Beans
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions. In a separate pot, heat the pinto beans until warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay a tortilla flat and layer with brown rice, pinto beans, and corn-cilantro-lime salsa. Roll up the tortilla tightly.

Top with Sauce and Cheese
Place the rolled burritos in a baking dish. Pour the spicy tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with Chihuahua cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
