Prepare the Ingredients
If using fresh lychee, peel and pit the lychee fruits. If using canned, drain the lychee and set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lychee liqueur, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and the lychee fruit.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.

Shake Well
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a whole lychee fruit on a cocktail pick or a lime twist if desired, and serve immediately.
