Serve diet or sparkling
For diet soda or sparkling water, follow the same selection and presentation procedures as other sodas. Confirm preference for ice and garnish.

Glass service (if requested)
If the guest requests the beverage poured into a glass: 1) Fill a clean serving glass with approximately 1 cup of fresh ice. 2) Open the can or bottle in front of the guest. 3) Pour soda over ice slowly to reduce foaming. 4) Add a lemon wedge if requested and place a straw. 5) Present to guest and state the price: $2.00.

Bottled soda policy
If a bottled soda is purchased, inform the guest there are no free refills on bottled sodas. If they request a refill, offer a new bottle/can at full price.
Pricing (for reference)

Charge $2.00 per soda served. This pricing applies whether served in bottle, can, or poured into a glass. Do not offer complimentary refills for bottled sodas.
