Preparation of Herbal Tea

1. In a teapot or heat-resistant container, combine the dried chamomile, peppermint, hibiscus, and lemon balm leaves.

Boiling Water

2. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.

Steeping the Herbs

3. Pour the boiling water over the herbs in the teapot and cover it. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Straining the Tea

4. After steeping, strain the tea into cups or a pitcher to remove the herbs.

Sweetening (Optional)

5. Add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste, if desired.
