Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into sticks. Slice the cucumber into rounds. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Trim the radishes and cut them in half if large. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Assemble the Platter
Arrange all the prepared vegetables on a large serving platter in a colorful and appealing way. You can group similar colors together or create a rainbow effect.

Make the Dip
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Transfer the dip into a small serving bowl and place it in the center of the vegetable platter. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
