Prepare the Fruits
Wash the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Hull the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves. Add the lemon juice and honey to the bowl, and gently toss the mixture to combine all the flavors.

Mix the Juices
In a separate pitcher, combine the sparkling water and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix the two liquids without losing the fizz.

Combine with Fruits
Carefully pour the sparkling water and pineapple juice mixture over the fruit mixture in the bowl. Stir gently to ensure the fruits are evenly coated with the juice.

Serve Chilled
Spoon the fruit mixture into serving glasses, ensuring each glass has a generous portion of the fruits. Pour a little of the sparkling juice mixture over the top of each serving. Garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired, and serve immediately.
