    Prepare the Caprese Salad

    Slice the fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, then layer them on a serving platter.

    Add Basil and Season

    Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the mozzarella and tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

    Finish with Seasoning

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

    Sear the Chicken

    In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sear the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.

    Add Flavorings

    Add rosemary sprigs and squeeze lemon juice over the chicken. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    Bake the Chicken

    Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
