Prepare the Green Apple
Slice the green apple into thin wedges, reserving a few slices for garnish. You can also choose to core the apple if desired.

Make the Saline Solution (if not pre-made)
Mix 1 teaspoon of salt into 1 cup of water to create a saline solution. Stir until dissolved.
Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Citadelle gin, Lairds apple brandy, lemon juice, and saline solution.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving the Cocktail

Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the drink and garnish with the reserved green apple slices.
