Preparation of Maple Glaze

Make the Maple Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic cloves, and grated ginger. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. Allow to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cooking the Seasonal Vegetables

Prepare the Vegetables
While the salmon is grilling, prepare the seasonal vegetables. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, sliced carrots, and sliced bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once everything is cooked, place the grilled salmon fillets on plates alongside the sautéed seasonal vegetables. Drizzle any remaining maple glaze over the salmon for added flavor. Serve immediately.
