Prepare the Green Beans
Wash the fresh green beans thoroughly under running water. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 2-inch pieces.

Blanch the Green Beans
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the trimmed green beans and blanch them for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Drain the beans and set them aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched green beans and the sauce mixture. Stir until the green beans are evenly coated.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
