Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Begin by preheating your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the lobster tails down the center, exposing the meat. Remove any intestinal veins and rinse the tails under cold water.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Rub the lobster meat with salt and black pepper. Optional: brush a bit of melted clarified butter over the meat for extra flavor.

  3. 3

    Cook the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, or bake for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste occasionally with clarified butter during cooking.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

While the lobster is cooking, prepare your potatoes. Boil or bake them until tender, about 15-20 minutes for boiling or 45-60 minutes for baking, depending on size. Once cooked, season with salt, pepper, and a bit of clarified butter if desired.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the lobster and potatoes are cooked, plate them together. Drizzle the lobster with additional clarified butter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
