Prepare the Stuffing

Mix the Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.

Add Blackberries
Gently fold in the blackberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the French Toast Mixture

Whisk Eggs and Milk
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Assemble the French Toast

Stuff the Bread
Take a slice of thick-cut bread and spread a generous amount of the blackberry cream cheese stuffing between two slices. Repeat for all slices.
Coat and Cook

Crush the Corn Flakes
Place the corn flakes in a plastic bag and crush them into smaller pieces.

Heat the Butter
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Dip and Coat
Dip each stuffed slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with crushed corn flakes.
