Cocktail Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in the vanilla bean infused vodka, passionfruit puree, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
