Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Chop the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are done, remove them from the grill. Plate the salmon alongside the grilled vegetables. Serve immediately.
