Preparation of Cedar Plank

Soak the Cedar Plank
Soak the red cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour prior to cooking to prevent it from catching fire on the grill.
Preparation of Salmon

Make the Maple-Dijon Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Salmon
Place the salmon fillet on the soaked cedar plank, skin side down. Brush the maple-Dijon glaze generously over the salmon.
Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Roast Brussels Sprouts
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
Whipped Potatoes

Whip the Potatoes
Add the drained potatoes back to the pot. Mix in butter, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill. Use a potato masher or electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.
