Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tail
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the lobster tail with prosciutto slices, making sure to cover it completely. Place the wrapped lobster tail on a baking sheet.
- 2
Roast Lobster Tail
Bake the prosciutto-wrapped lobster tail in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- 3
Cook Jasmine Rice
While the lobster is baking, cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, fluff it with a fork and set aside.
- 4
- 5
Roast Cauliflower
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Spread them on another baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
- 6
- 7
Prepare Blood Orange
Peel the blood orange and cut it into segments.
- 8
Make Truffle Puree
In a small bowl, mix truffle oil with a little water to create a smooth puree. Adjust consistency with more water if necessary.
- 9
Plate the Dish
On a plate, place a serving of jasmine rice, top with avocado mango mixture, arrange roasted cauliflower and sautéed asparagus, and place the lobster tail on top. Drizzle truffle puree around the plate and garnish with blood orange segments.
