Stuffing Ingredients

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently clean the silver dollar mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside and chop the stems finely.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the spicy Italian sausage until browned. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic, cooking until softened.

  3. 3

    Make the Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage mixture, chopped lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Using a spoon, generously stuff each mushroom cap with the lobster and sausage mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.

  6. 6

    Add Alfredo Sauce

Remove from the oven and drizzle Alfredo sauce over each stuffed mushroom before serving.
