1. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, roasted garlic (mashed), fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
3. Fill the Noodles
Spread a generous amount of filling on each noodle, then carefully roll them up starting from one end to the other.
4. Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of your choice of sauce (marinara, alfredo, etc.) on the bottom.
5. Arrange the Rotolos
Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour more sauce over the top, and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
6. Bake
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
