Meatballs

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

  4. 4

    Prepare Angel Hair Pasta

While the meatballs are baking, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. 5

    Heat Marinara Sauce

In a saucepan, heat your favorite marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the meatballs are ready, serve them over the angel hair pasta and top with the heated marinara sauce.
