Activate Yeast
In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough
Add olive oil, salt, and gradually mix in the flour until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape Pita
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Divide the dough into small balls, roll them out into circles about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake Pita
Place the circles on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, warm water, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add the flour until a dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth.

Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4-6 hours or until doubled.

Shape Rolls
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape them into rolls.

Second Rise
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another hour.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
