   Prepare the Hot Dogs

   In a skillet, cook the all beef hot dogs over medium heat until they are heated through and have a nice griddle mark, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

   Assemble Dogs in a Blanket

   Take a flour tortilla and place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center. Then, add one cooked hot dog on top of the cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly around the hot dog and cheese, folding in the sides to secure it.

   Griddle the Wrapped Dogs

   In the same skillet, add butter or oil and heat over medium heat. Place the wrapped tortillas seam side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

   Cook the French Fries

   While the dogs are griddling, prepare the French fries according to package instructions or fry them fresh until golden brown and crispy.
