Prepare the Glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it into salt to coat the rim.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice.
Shake it Up
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
