Brew the Coffee
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. If desired, stir in 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur for added flavor.
Make the Mascarpone Mixture
- 2
Combine Egg Yolks and Sugar
In a bowl, whisk together 3 egg yolks and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.
- 3
Add Mascarpone and Vanilla
Fold in 500g of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the egg yolk mixture until smooth.
- 4
Whip the Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- 5
Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Tiramisu
- 6
Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger biscuit in the cooled coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Serve
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
