Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined.

Add the crushed ice to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is frosty and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more pineapple juice to achieve your desired consistency.

Take your serving glasses and rim them with shredded coconut by dipping the rim in a little coconut cream and then into the shredded coconut.
