Method

For the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

For the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and cut the bell peppers and zucchini into strips. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

For the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 5

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, fresh parsley, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
