Method
Prepare Oysters

Shuck the Oysters
Carefully shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a baking sheet.

Make Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.

Top with Parmesan
Drizzle the garlic butter over the shucked oysters and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Prepare Smoked Dates

Coat Dates
In a bowl, toss the pitted Medjool dates with smoked paprika and olive oil until evenly coated.

Place on Baking Sheet
Arrange the coated dates on a baking sheet and set aside.
Prepare Prosciutto Motoyaki

Mix Cream Cheese
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with Sriracha sauce and chopped green onions until well combined.

Assemble Motoyaki
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of prosciutto.
Bake and Serve

Bake Oysters and Dates
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the oysters and smoked dates for about 10-12 minutes, until the oysters are bubbly and the dates are warm.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
