Juice the Fruits
Freshly squeeze the lime to extract 0.75 oz of juice. Use fresh pineapple to obtain 2 oz of pineapple juice. Strain both juices to remove any pulp.

Measure the Ingredients
In a jigger, measure out 1.5 oz of El Trago Tequila, 0.5 oz of Banhez Mezcal, 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of Orgeat syrup, 0.25 oz of vanilla syrup, and 0.25 oz of Allspice Dram.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add all the measured ingredients along with 2 dashes of Tiki Bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and seal it tightly.
Mixing

Shake the Cocktail
Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a fresh pineapple wedge and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
