Preparation

  1. 1

    Juice the Fruits

Freshly squeeze the lime to extract 0.75 oz of juice. Use fresh pineapple to obtain 2 oz of pineapple juice. Strain both juices to remove any pulp.

  2. 2

    Measure the Ingredients

In a jigger, measure out 1.5 oz of El Trago Tequila, 0.5 oz of Banhez Mezcal, 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of Orgeat syrup, 0.25 oz of vanilla syrup, and 0.25 oz of Allspice Dram.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add all the measured ingredients along with 2 dashes of Tiki Bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and seal it tightly.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Shake the Cocktail

Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

  2. 5

    Strain into Glass

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.

  3. 6

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with a fresh pineapple wedge and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
