Boil the Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to prevent lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Continue to stir until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined and the pasta is evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the mac and cheese.
