Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a sharp knife. This will help the ribs become more tender.
- 2
Apply the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- 4
Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil to keep them moist. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone easily.
