    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese, chopped walnuts, fresh thyme leaves, honey, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Assemble and Bake

    Fill the Caps

Spoon the goat cheese and walnut mixture generously into each of the prepared mushroom caps.

  2. 6

    Bake the Mushroom Caps

Place the filled mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is slightly golden.
