Brownie Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- 2
Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, remove from heat.
- 3
Mix Sugars
Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
- 4
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 5
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- 6
Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 7
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 8
Cool and Cut
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares.
Choc Fudge Sauce Preparation
