Prepare Grits

Cook Grits
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of stone ground grits, 1 tsp of salt, and stir well. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the grits are thick and creamy. Once done, stir in 2 tbs of butter until melted and combined.
Cook Lima Beans

Prepare Lima Beans
In a separate pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of lima beans and 1 tsp of salt. Boil for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Wild Mushrooms

Cook Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbs of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 cups of mixed wild mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and tender. Add 2 tbs of minced garlic, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Make Old Bay Cream Sauce

Prepare Cream Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 tbs of Old Bay seasoning, and 1 tbs of lemon juice. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
